ETS currently maintains ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation for calibration and testing and maintains certification as an FAA Part 145 repair station. ETS can provide you with Calibration and Testing Services for your equipment and tooling used in the maintenance of articles under the repair station certificate. ETS also provides FAA Part 145 Repair Station Support as needed for articles that require an 8130-3 certificate.
ETS employs a state-of-the-art Intranet that allows us to remain well ahead of the competition and perform more efficiently than other providers of similar services. ETS reduces the turnaround time for services allowing you to remain operational and profitable with little to no downtime.
Strategic Relationships with Other Related External Suppliers
Escarcega Technology Services maintains strategic partnerships with several External Suppliers and MROs that enable us to perform component level repair of electronic circuit cards and sub-assemblies and manufacturing of electromechanical assemblies. In addition, we are capable of First Article Simulation and Testing which allows us to simulate the next higher assembly (NHA) and gives us an edge in compliance with technical requirements for thorough testing of the repair items. This includes providing solutions for aging systems to bring the most current technology to existing systems. This technology provides us with an edge in supporting legacy systems where the OEM technical information is not available or not current to reverse engineer any electronic system, sub-system or circuit card.
